What You'll Do:
- Be responsible for the daily operations, compliance, and quality assurance of assigned program sites serving individuals with disabilities.
- Ensures adherence to Minnesota Statute 245D, protects the health and safety of persons served, and includes supervision of House Managers, oversight of direct care staff in accordance with employment laws and vulnerable adult protections.
- Perform program oversight, staff supervision & training, administrative and compliance duties, and community and family relations.
What You'll Need:
- 2 + years experience with Minnesota Statute 245D required.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience (4+ years of direct support).
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience in disability or mental health services.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Demonstrated knowledge of positive supports, behavioral intervention strategies, and person-centered practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
