What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations, program oversight, and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
- Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
- Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections
- Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served.
What You'll Need:
- Two years of experience with Minnesota Statute 245D (required)
- Three years of management experience in disability or mental health services (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or a minimum of four years of direct support experience (required)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices
- Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
